Channel 4's Britain’s Forgotten Children season (May 11-17) will provide a range of views and personal takes on adoption, fostering and residential care. Incorporating a series of programmes, events and online content, the season will explore the issues facing children in care and hopefully help to encourage more people to adopt or foster.
At the heart of the season is the Adoption Experience site, providing a unique online gathering of first-hand experiences around everything to do with adoption. The site also supports the season's Find Me a Family series in its ground-breaking push to find adoptive parents for a number of hard to place children.
